Residential
Crossroads Treatment Center has 8 six-bed homes located in residential neighborhoods. We provide a comprehensive program that combines residential services with a strong clinical component. The program is designed to work with girls ages 11-18. The duration of placement is based upon the individual needs of each girl and her family.
Residential Treatment
Our facilities offer a home-like atmosphere while providing the necessary structure and supervision of the girls. Our staff to client ratio is a minimum of 1:3 during the day and evening hours, while an awake, overnight staff supervises the clients and the facility throughout the night. Within the homes, a behavior modification program is utilized to help teach the girls about respect and responsibility. This program is also linked to each girl’s individual treatment plan to meet her specific needs. Feedback is given to the girls four times throughout the day so that she can increase her self-awareness.
Residential Transition Home
This home is designed to work with girls ages 14-18 who are either emancipating out of the foster care system or who need more independent living skills before transitioning back into their communities. The focus of this program is on mastering skills through a phase system that concentrates on the development of interpersonal skills and proficiency in independent activities. These skills include maintaining a job, preparing for college, planning, shopping, and cooking meals, using public transportation, and managing time and money.
